Her Imprint

Jonggai is the proverbial struggler. She likes to believe she struggles beautifully. To grasp thoughts. To grow with a child. To mind-read and barter through stories without caring who else will comprehend. She believes a soul is meant to live in two planes, one in the current and one that’ll take her anywhere she wants to go.

She is, and will forever be, stuck between two cities. In between them, in that gray mist, she finds the world is most beautiful when she holds on to it alone.

She never wants to grow up.
